Looking for Part Time Marketing Coordinator

I am looking for a part time person to help with search engine marketing activities for around 20 clients. I work from my home and will need someone who can work both remotely and also meet once per week.
Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: project management, internet advertising campaigns, paid search for google or yahoo, search engine optimization, email marketing, web development, web design, social networks, online video, email marketing campaigns, web analytics, internet based sales, office administration, blog writing and management.
Hourly needs range from 10 – 25 hours based on experience and ability to handle larger and more complex tasks.
